Adjunct Faculty Game Design
{C}· Creating graphics for mobile apps – a course focusing on the creation of graphics for the iPhone, iPad and Droid. The students created graphics for “on Call” an iPad mobile instructional application for medical personnel, produced by Mass Digi, that was awarded “Best In Show” at the Serious Games and Virtual Environments showcase at the 2013 International Meeting for Simulation in Healthcare.
{C}· Introduction to Web Design – an introductory course to Dreamweaver, HTML5, and CSS
{C}· 3D animation using Blender - an animation course using the open source 3D program Blender
{C}· Studio Systems and Techniques – an advanced level portfolio and studio class taught in traditional and technical media, such as Blender, Maya, Z-Brush, Photoshop, Illustrator and Painter.
{C}· Storyboarding – focused on teaching visual organizational techniques for creating film, video games and advertisements.
{C}· Principles of Drawing- course focusing on traditional drawing foundations, such as tools, mediums, composition, perspective and figure ground relationships.
{C}· Machinima – course topics focusing on designing animations using principles of storytelling in 3D platforms such as Second Life, and The Sims, along with using programs such as After Effects and Premier.
